*** NOTE *** Any Officer caught attempting to perform mutiny will be dealt with by the Guild Leader(s) IMMEDIATELY. We are here to work as a team, not to overrule each other's decisions. Take it to tell if you have a problem with a judgment call, not in open forum.

Internal Archeage Ranks (Listed in order of Highest to Lowest)

Guild General / Leader (Sport)Ruler of the Guild. He works very closely with their Officers who all report directly to him. His decision is final. Guild Commander (TBA) – TEAMSPEAK NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION. They are responsible for public relations between Phoenix Fire and other Guilds on the server. They are also the first contact if there are grievances between members. If this cannot be resolved at this level, the Guild General is informed and has final decision on the outcome. Guild Commander works very closely with all officers to ensure Guild stability. This person is the 2nd in rank in the Guild and will assume all responsibilities of the Guild General as again they will have a solid understanding of everything that is happening in the Guild.  While acting as Guild Leader he/she may appoint an acting Guild Commander in his place.  This must be someone already in an officer position.  This will provide opportunities for other Guild Members to gain valuable experience in acting Officer positions as well.

Raid/Event Officer(s) (TBA) – TEAMSPEAK NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION. This position is in charge of organizing and commanding raids including keeping records of raids and Guild Event attendance. Any proven Group Leader may have the opportunity to backup this position. This position will be considered 3rd ranking Officer(s) of the Guild.

Recruiting Officer(s) (TBA) – They are probably one of the most important positions of all as they test the New Recruits to see if they are worthy to join our ranks as a Guild Initiate. This position is 4th ranking Officer(s) of the Guild. As the Guild grows, more Recruiting Officers will be required. Those Guild Members demonstrating leadership abilities will be considered for this position.

Group Leader (TBD, 3 or more positions open) – This position is not an Officer position, but still a leadership role. It is a position for organizing and maintaining groups between Guild Events to make for more efficient grouping. They will quite often work in conjunction with the Raid Officer and the Military Officer. Experience in this role may set you up for officer positions.

Guild Member – The heart and soul of the Guild. These are the people that make it all worth while. They support the Officers and Guild General in their decisions and follow them through. Any member may be appointed by any of the Officers to assist them in certain areas if need be, which could lead to advancement opportunities for that Guild Member if they perform well in these duties.

Guild Initiate – Those who have passed the initiation tests become a Guild Initiate. You must pass simple requirements (much easier than the initiation) in The Guild to be granted full Member status. Guild Initiates are granted access to Member and Alliance section(s) of The Guild forums. Initiates may NOT be appointed by an Officer to assist them in their field of expertise. This is restricted to full Members only.

New Recruit – Not yet part of the Guild, but treated with respect just the same. They have put in an official application on the Guild forums and are ready and willing to do what it takes to be accepted into the Guild. They must pass a series of initiation tests which the Recruiting Officer(s) provides in order to upgrade to Guild Initiate status. This is the only rank that does not have a Guild tag and therefore do not have access to Members or Alliance section(s) on the forums.
